We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. Your role will extend to supporting innovative digital campaigns, forging partnerships with external platforms, and sculpting a compelling online presence. Key Responsibilities:
Paid Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid ads across Google Ads (search, PMAx, others), Bing, Ad roll, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and perform continuous performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new Paid channel features to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to optimize website structure, landing pages, and forms for conversion.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance across campaigns.
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for campaign optimization.
Results Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and present performance dashboards in tools like Salesforce, Power BI, Looker Studio and/or Google Analytics.
  • Present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and recommending improvements.
  • Track KPIs for paid campaigns and lead generation programs, providing actionable insights.
  • Partner with Demand Generation Manager to recommend optimizations based on data trends.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

  • Build and manage workflows in HubSpot (or other platforms) to nurture leads and support the sales process.
  • Review and optimize website landing pages, forms and integrations to ensure data capture accuracy.
  • Qualify and monitor leads generated from paid sources.

Third-Party Lead Sources

  • Evaluate and review leads from external vendors, requesting credits or refunds for unqualified leads.
  • Partner with Demand Generation Manager to track and report vendor performance to optimize external channel mix.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, ABM Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to align digital programs with pipeline goals, support go-to-market initiatives and product launches through paid media and ABM campaigns.
  • Share campaign learnings and performance insights across the marketing team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or similar field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Bing, Looker Studio, E-commerce, and online presence
  • Experience with B2B SaaS companies
  • Certifications in Google Ads are required
  • Meta Blueprint certification (optional)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and experience in leveraging insights to improve campaign performance
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Salesforce are preferred
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • High English proficiency - C1 required
