This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Colombia.

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the global marketing team by ensuring marketing systems, data, and processes operate efficiently and reliably. This role focuses on optimizing marketing technology, maintaining data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.

The position plays a key role in supporting scalable growth by improving workflows, reporting, and system integrations across the marketing tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring systems are configured properly and aligned with business goals
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support campaign execution and lead management processes
• Design and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting
• Analyze marketing performance data and build reporting frameworks to inform strategy and decision-making
• Maintain clean and accurate marketing data through audits, cleansing, and normalization
• Support integrations between marketing and CRM platforms and troubleshoot data flow issues
• Assist with planning, building, and tracking campaigns, including email and nurture programs
• Maintain documentation for processes, system configurations, and best practices
• Manage multiple initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Professional English proficiency
