As the leader in our market, we are looking for a proven, high-energy, success-driven Strategic Account Director who will accelerate growth. In this role, you will manage the strategy for enterprise accounts within the truck and vocational sector, leveraging your experience with senior executives to strengthen existing relationships, forge new partnerships, and serve as a trusted business partner. By working closely with customers, you will gain a deep understanding of their fleet operations, compliance needs, and business objectives—championing the innovative capabilities of our products and solutions to drive safety, efficiency, and productivity across their organizations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned regional territories.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the truck and vocational industry.
  • Implement cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure customer needs align with product capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new business growth.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns to reduce churn and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise-level fleet customers.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 10+ years of experience with quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management in a B2B software company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly within trucking, vocational fleets, or related transportation sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and experience selling complex, integrated fleet or compliance solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed.



Base:120k+/yr. & commission
